How Does SkinPen work?
The SkinPen device creates thousands of microscopic channels in your skin. These controlled micro-injuries activate the body’s natural skin-healing power to increase collagen and elastin production. This natural healing response remodels the skin, improving your overall complexion.

What Can I Expect at My SkinPen Treatment?
Microneedling is a quick-and-easy treatment with little to no downtime, although this can vary from patient to patient. Your provider may apply numbing cream to your skin in order to keep you more comfortable during your treatment. After your treatment, your skin may appear slightly pink to red for two to four days, similar to a mild to moderate sunburn. Some patients feel their skin is back to normal within 24hours. Your provider will recommend the best products for your post-procedure healing.
When will I see the results?
Each patient’s results may vary. The natural repair process of your own skin continues to progress through the course of several weeks. Damage that has occurred over an extensive period of time won’t disappear immediately. You may not see the final result for up to six months following your final session.
Will SkinPen Work for Me?
The SkinPen has been clinically shown to be effective for all skin types. SkinPen microneedling is done best in a series. You will see results with as few as three to four non-invasive and affordable treatments spaced 30 days apart. Some patients may benefit from more treatments.
